What we do

We sell professional hair and beauty products online in Australia, in Australian dollars, to anyone who wants the same products their salon uses without booking an appointment to get them.

The range is deep on purpose. Full brand lines, not a curated handful of hero products. If a brand makes four shampoos for four different hair types, we list all four, in every size they package, so you can buy the one that actually suits you.

Where the stock comes from

Everything we list is bought through authorised Australian distribution. That matters more in hair and beauty than in almost any other category. Grey market stock is common online, and it is usually older, sometimes stored badly, occasionally counterfeit, and never covered by the brand if something goes wrong.

• Sealed, in date, with batch codes intact.
• Salon sizes and retail sizes, at the size the brand actually sells.
• Manufacturer warranty honoured on electrical tools.
• If a product is discontinued or on back order we say so on the product page rather than taking the money and going quiet.

How we price

Prices are set in Australian dollars and include 10% GST. What you see on the product page is what you pay at checkout, plus delivery if your order is under $99.

When a product shows a struck out price, that higher figure is the recommended retail price the brand publishes. We do not mark a price up first so we can discount it later.

Delivery, briefly

• Free standard delivery on orders over $99.
• Flat $9.95 standard under that, $14.95 express on any order.
• Dispatch is same business day on orders placed before 12pm AEST, next business day after that.

Stockist and salon accounts

We sell to the public at retail prices. We are not a wholesaler and we do not supply trade pricing, salon back bar sizes, or colour lines that a brand restricts to qualified stylists.

What we do not do

• We do not give medical or dermatological advice. Product pages carry the brand copy and the ingredient list, and that is where our expertise stops.
• We do not sell prescription products, scheduled medicines, or anything requiring a pharmacist.
• We do not sell your details to anyone. See the privacy policy.
• We do not ship outside Australia at the moment.
