Delivery estimates are the carrier estimates, counted in business days from dispatch, not from when you place the order. They are not guarantees. Australia Post publishes live estimates by postcode and they are more accurate than anything we could promise here.
When your order leaves us
- Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day are packed and handed over the same day.
- Orders placed after 12pm, or on a weekend or a national public holiday, go out the next business day.
- You get a tracking number by email the moment the label is created. If the tracking has not moved by the next evening, that is normal, scans can lag the parcel.
- If something in your order turns out to be short on stock we email you the same day with the options, we do not sit on it.

Aerosols, liquids and why WA takes longer
Hairspray, dry shampoo, some nail products and most fragrances are classed as dangerous goods for air freight. They travel by road. That is a real constraint, not an excuse, and it is why an order with a can of hairspray in it can reach Perth, Darwin or far north Queensland several days later than the same order without one.
- If speed matters more than the aerosol, split it into two orders and we will send the rest express.
- Express post on a dangerous goods order is upgraded handling, not air freight. We will tell you at checkout if that applies.
- We cannot ship aerosols to Norfolk Island or to any address that is served by air only.
Addresses we can and cannot use
- PO boxes and Australia Post parcel lockers are fine on both services.
- Business addresses are fine. Use the company name in the address line so reception can find it.
- We do not deliver outside Australia.
- We cannot redirect a parcel once it is with the carrier. Contact Australia Post directly with the tracking number.
If it does not turn up
- Check the tracking first. Most missing parcels are sitting at a post office waiting on a card that blew off the door.
- If tracking says delivered and it is not there, check with neighbours and around the property, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan.
- If tracking has not updated for 5 business days, tell us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Australia Post allows up to 10 business days for that.
- If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the box and the contents before you unpack any further and send us the photos the same day.
GST and tax invoices
All prices on this site include 10% GST. Your order confirmation is your tax invoice. If you need it reissued to a company name, send us the order number and the details.
