Using the site

• You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
• You must give accurate delivery and contact details. We are not responsible for a parcel sent to an address you typed wrongly.
• Do not scrape, resell, mirror or systematically copy the catalogue, the images or the descriptions.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the site, its security, or other people using it.

Prices and GST

• All prices are in AUD and include 10% GST.
• A struck out price is the recommended retail price published by the brand, not a price we previously charged.
• Prices can change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price shown when you place it.
• Delivery is charged separately unless your order qualifies for free standard delivery.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send you an email confirming dispatch, or in this build, when we confirm the order and the payment arrangement.

• We can decline or cancel an order before dispatch, and we will refund you in full if we do.
• Common reasons: the item is out of stock, the price or the description was wrong, the order looks fraudulent, or the delivery address is one we cannot serve.
• We can limit quantities per customer on high demand items.

Payment

Card payments are not enabled on this build. Placing an order records it and we then contact you to confirm stock and arrange payment. No money is taken through this website today, and no card details are collected or stored by it.

Product information

• Product descriptions, ingredient lists and images come from the brands and their distributors. We pass them through and we do not rewrite them.
• Colours on a screen are approximate. A shade on your monitor is not a colour match promise.
• Ingredient lists and formulations change. Always read the pack in front of you, especially if you have an allergy.
• Nothing on this site is medical advice or a treatment recommendation.

Delivery, title and risk

• Delivery timing and cost are set out on the shipping page and form part of these terms.
• Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and time is not of the essence.
• Title and risk in the goods pass to you on delivery to the address you gave us.
• If a carrier leaves a parcel at an address on your instruction, that is delivery.

Returns

The returns policy forms part of these terms. In short: 30 days on unopened goods for change of mind, no change of mind returns on opened cosmetics for hygiene reasons, and full rights preserved when a product is faulty.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under that law. Where we are permitted to limit our liability, we limit it to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding what you paid for them.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from your use of a product in a way the brand did not intend. Always patch test, follow the instructions on the pack, and stop using anything that irritates your skin.

Intellectual property

• Brand names, logos, product images and product copy belong to their owners and are used here to sell their goods.
• The design, layout and code of this site belong to us.
• Nothing here transfers any right in a brand to you.

Privacy

How we handle your information is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We can update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published when you placed it. Material changes will be dated at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of TO BE FILLED, Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of that place.
